ICSGCE 2018 Call for Papers (the Covered Areas)

All papers submitted to ICSGCE 2018 will be peer-reviewed by the Technical Program Committee.

All papers registered to ICSGCE will be included in the Proceedings of ICSGCE 2018 which will be submitted to IEEE and reviewed by the IEEE Conference Publication Program for publication in IEEE Xplore, alternatively, to Elsevier for publication in Energy Procedia. But the paper will NOT be submitted to IEEE Xplore or Energy Procedia for publication unless one of authors will show up and present the paper at the conference.

Paper length Limit: Accepted papers is limited among 5~7 full pages, including all figures, tables, and references. But any additional pages will incur an extra charge of USD70 (RMB500) per extra page

The Conference Organizing Committee invites prospective colleagues to submit papers in English, prepared by the conference templates. Authors are required to submit both .doc files and .pdf files of their papers via the Online Submission System.
