Preparing and Submitting Your Papers

We strongly recommend that prospective authors read through these two pages, Submission Instructions and Paper Formating, and follow the step-by-step instructions when preparing your submissions.

General

Before preparing your paper, please download the MS Word Template first. We strongly encourage you to write your paper directly in the template. Please do not change the formatting in any way. If you choose not to use this template, please make sure that your paper strictly adheres to these Formating Instruction (see instructions below).

When you complete your paper, make sure the format of your paper coincident with the template, and then submit your papers in both .doc and .pdf files via Online Submission System or via Email secretariat.icsgce@foxmail.com.

MS Word Template

Note that each conference has its own page setting style, please download the ICSGCE Template or JEST Template and save it in your location, (do not use previous conference templates in hand).

To use the template, right-click the saved file and choose "New" or “Save As…” from the context menu to create a new document. The original template is not changed but is used as a pattern for your new document.

Compose your paper directly in the new document. You could retain the template format by simply rewriting the texts as long as you do not delete the carriage-returns.

Save your .doc file of the completed paper and create .pdf file by using Adobe Acrobat PDFMaker for submission.

Formating Instructions

The conference template imposes various requirements on MS-Word files and the style of the manuscript that may cause the submitting author some inconvenience. However, most of these requirements coincide with standard conference manuscript properties and layout. Briefly,

Ø Fonts that require non-English language support are not allowed.

Ø The paper size and the margins of the template must not be changed.

Ø The document should not have any password protection.
