Online Submission:

Welcome you come to the Online Submission System.

All manuscripts submitted will be peer reviewed by ICSGCE TPC and all registered papers will be published as regular journal papers, as announced on the ICSGCE website.

To make your start even easier, please find below a few instructions:

● All manuscripts should be submitted electronically in both .doc and .pdf files via the Online Submission System (recommended method) or via Email submission@icsgce.com.

● By this submission, I understand that my paper, including authors’ names, are stored electronically and will be possibly published both in paper format as well as electronically by ICSGCE Committees.

● Please enter the requested information and upload your manuscript step by step. Complete all fields marked with (*) as those are required for administration purpose. Upon successful submission, you will be sent an e-mail with instructions to verify your submission.

● When you have received an e-mail from us by with an assigned manuscript ID, DO NOT submit again. Should you have any questions on submission or any further information on your submitted manuscript, please contact us by via Email submission@icsgce.com.
